Earnings section

Post by kiladik » Thu Jan 17, 2008 6:35 am

Hi,

Iam showing my income from Jan07 to Dec07 and my employer is not ready to give the letter for all the months. I requested them and finally they told they can give only the Annual net and gross total figures with my name and employee number in that letter.

Will this letter work or there any other options. Thanks.

Regards
KK

Hi KK,

For earning section i guess you need the following document

1. one letter from employer should show your annual gross salary
2. 12 months payslip sealed and signed by HR --> tell them you need to apply for home loan.
3. 12 months bank statement.

These things should do.

Hi ,

I understand we need to submit the employer letter but is it ok if we submit only letter stating the annual net and gorss salary totals. My employer is not ready to give the details monthly wise but the letter only states Annual net salary and gross salary.

Please advice.

Employer letter is not mandatory. You have to submitt following:

1. Salary Slips Original
2. Tax Certificate
3. Bank Statements for each Month

Hi,

I thought employers letter is mandatory. The reason is iam submitting my payslips from Jan 2007 to Dec 2007 and only three months I can show in tax form (Jan07 to March).

regards
KK

No. If you read carefully, the guidance doc says either Employer letter or Bank Statements is must. Also, do submit all 12 bank statements. Any doubt, do let me know.
