Need Help SoC-Tire2(General-New hires-restricted) mistake

Currently I am in UK on Tire 2 ICT short term – Dependent visa.

I got a job and company had given me SoC- Tire 2 (General - New hires - restricted) and while assigning SoC to me they have done few mistakes, can you please tell me to go ahead with it or do not go for Visa Stamping. Because if VISA get rejected it will be a problem for all.

1)As per the guideline I need to go back to home country for Visa stamping but in SoC they mentioned “Does the migrant need to leave and re-enter the UK during the period of approval - N”
IS THIS OK OR THERE WILL BE PROBLEM FOR MY VISA?

2)My Given name on passport is like my name and father name. e.g. Viky Raj
But in SoC company had mentioned only Viky.
IS THIS OK OR THERE WILL BE PROBLEM FOR MY VISA?

3)WORK DATES
On SoC Start date: 01 June 2016 and they assigned me SoC on 11 Aug 2016.
I am planning to go back to home country for visa stamping after 15 days i.e. 29 Aug 2016. So is this DATE ok for VISA or will be there any problem for VISA stamping?

4)As I am on dependent Visa in UK I have already applied for NI and NHS. Will there any problem for VISA. In next 10 days I will get NI and NHS number. Like before getting Tire 2 Gen Visa

4. Not an issue. You will still have to pay the immigration health surcharge though.

1. Not an issue as you are applying from outside the UK with a restricted COS

2. The main detail that is matched is the passport number to the COS. Name spelling errors would have to be a bit more serious than the scenario outlined to get a visa refusal.

3. A COS work start date can not pre date the issue date of a COS. So I am a little confused as to how that can be the case.

3) Company is saying 1 June was ideal time to start but we haven't found out resource....now you are the one which is perfect fit for our requirements so there will be no problem with date ....it will be ok....also they gave me explanation like when they applied for COS they put expected date of start then it takes months to process....Can you please tell me your opinion on this? I am really confused?

a) Start date should be greater than Assigned date????IS THIS THE RULE

b) Is it ok start date is less than Assigned date

Please tell me what is the Rule or any Law

When issuing a COS the system will not accept a start date earlier than the date of issue.
This would suggest the Sponsor has not actually issued the COS
