Qualifying period for Naturalization application

As per your comments from above, You made your application on 29/03/2016 means your qualifying period was from 30/03/2011 to 29/03/2016. In the same way.

If some one got ILR on 25th Aug 2015, He can apply 24th Aug 2016 right ? assuming all other requirements met.

Depends if its a section 6(1) or section 6(2) application.

Jesus crust , this topic scare me , I sent my application in May for citezenship but I'm sure I was in India on the 5 anniversary years in 2015 for week taking into account when I filled SAR
They responded with a wrong date for acquiring PR but I sent my application by post in 6 anniversary year so if looks like I'm getting refused after seeing this topic :(

What are you talking about? There is no requirement to be in the UK 1 year before applying. If you applied in May 2016, you MUST have been physically present in the UK on the same date in May 2011.

To avoid yet more confusion & jumbled responses caused by tagging onto someone else's post, I have moved your question to its own thread (this one).

Depends if its a section 6(1) or section 6(2) application.
In other words do you have a British spouse?
