right to work check

Dear All,

could someone please help out with this issue ....

I have claimed asylum since 2011 and was only given HP in Aug 2011 for 1 year. before the expiry, I have submitted an in-time application and had to wait till July 2015 for a decision (refusal) and appealed against the decision and had my hearing on the 28th of July 2016. The FTT have refused my claim and will ask for permission to appeal to the UTT next week.

During my waiting time, I was allowed to work and have access to public funds. but have no evidence (document) to prove I have right to work permission.

The procedure set out by the home office is that any employer would have to seek permission directly from the home office (right to work check) and home office will grant 6 months in 5 working days.

My issue is that employers and agencies are not bothered to run this check and have lost many job opportunities because of this procedure.

Could some one please help out
