Hi all , i know this may sound like the strangest need for help, but i definitely need some input here.
i came to the uk to study in 2000 and since then have obtained a diploma, a bachelors degree and a month ago my masters degree.
i am about to consider work experience on the hsmp but have been told my absence from education whilst on student visa in 2005 (year after my bachelors) will scupper my chances. i applied to commence my masters degree in 2005 but fell short of cash and decided to take that year out instead.in 2006 when cash probs were rectified I then commenced my masters and now completed.
my current student visa runs out in november this year.
i know its a bit of a long shot but does anyone know whether there are strict requirements on evidence/qualification to show that /what i have been studying over the past 7 years? i have proof of my diploma, bachelors and masters (which i will be claiming 35 points on) but i dont know if they'll be able to spot the gap in 2005.
a) i am hoping to only send my masters degree evidence as that is what i am claiming points on. will they reject the application or request for further documentation?
b) do they verify by calling all colleges and universities attended or just the one i am claiming points on?
apart from this issue, i am able to claim 85 points for the hsmp.
PLEASE SOMEONE ADVICE WHAT THE BEST OPTIONS ARE. I WOULD BE GLAD TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE WHO'S BEEN THROUGH MY CIRCUMSTANCES.
------u can request my email address if you have detailed help on this matter
cheers, dizzle
