FLR(O) or FLR(FP) for DL extension [6 years to ILR route]

Post by Serene » Sat Aug 20, 2016 12:56 pm

My wife, a Chinese citizen, was granted leave to remain, in 2014, as the result of a successful immigration appeal. Her 2.5 year leave is now up for renewal, and we are confused as to which form to use- FLR(M), FLR (DL), or FLR (O)? We have a court ruling from her appeal. Your advice would be much appreciated please! Thank you.

When was the application which led to the appeal made?

On what basis was that application lodged?

On what basis was the appeal allowed?
