Change of address

Hello!
I have applied for residence card in April, and since than my home address has change. Together with my husband we moved to another apartment, but because I don't have bank account(can't make one because my passport is being held by Home Office) , the agency couldn't check my credit core therefore there is only my husband's name on tenancy agreement. (The agency is aware about it but they can't give any document about me living here). I got friends in our previous apartment which take care of all the letters.
Unfortunately, I haven't got any of the documents which Home Office asks to provide to submit change of address application. The only thing I got with new address on it is my pay slip from work .
I am very afraid it could be the reason of refusal my application .
What can you advise me?
