Sure, the list is as follows:

1. Passport and BRP
2. Bank statement confirming £200k investment
3. Unaudited accounts
4. Current Business Account statement to prove UK bank account
5. Corporation Tax Reference (CT41G) & CT610
6. Employers Liability Insurance (if you have one)
7. Personal Bank Statements for funds
8. Companies House CAR
9. Employee Passport Copies for each employee
10. EPS copies for each employee
11. All FPS submissions to date for each employee
12. Pay slip copies for each employee

I havent stated them in the exact order but you can place them in the order of the points table.

Hi,

1. I submitted by business bank statement only ( I had the funds invested on my behalf via a third party and not a directors loan so I didn't need to show personal statements)

2. I had the whole amount sent into the business bank account in one go and it was invested in a matter of months.

I did not use a solicitor, I made the application myself. As long as you follow the policy guidance you dont need a solicitor.

Which date you received the Partial IMM Health care Surcharge ?
Did the BRP also received alongside the documents on the 22nd August
Or separately by DX delivery service?

Hi,

I am still waiting for my partial refund to come through, it can take up to 90 days.

I received the BRP separately, it came in on the 24th of August. I am not sure if it was DX or some other delivery service as my receptionist signs for and collects all deliveries.
