EC/FLR - Doubt

Hi,

I am currently in UK on WP. Have applied for HSMP Approval.
I could be moving back to India before the HO decision comes.

Suppose I get Approval for HSMP and i am in India,
1. Do I need to apply for EC ?
2. Will there be any problems in doing so as in HSMP Application i mentioned i am applying from UK.
3. Will it be a fresh EC as i have EC for WP.

Could someome help me in this scenario.
