I have plan to vary my second flr fp application (applied with 28 days of first flr fp refusal) to SET LR at PEO Sheffield.

My question is
Do you guys suggest to use solicitor services or should I just apply at PEO by myself. I am really confused since I got one refusal already for my first flr fp.

Any valuable advice from any member would be really appreciated.
Many thanks
Hello Singh,

Hi Knucks and helpingperson

I have varied my application at PEO. They did not make a decision as I did not have passport.
They have given me letter saying -

Your application is valid but there are further enquiries to be made.
I just need to wait for their reply now.

Hello Singh

Thank you for update.

I have read your time line which I copy below and your case is unique. You made 2 out of time applications and you still managed to apply for ILR on 10 year basis. Many people commented that you don't have valid leave which if we look at rules then this is correct but still HO have accepted your application and it is in process.

FLR FP applied on 7th Jan 2016
FLR FP refused on 24 May 2016 (No in country appeal right )
Fresh FLR FP application made within 28 days on 20th June 2016
Eligible for ILR on 8th August 2016(Prior to 28 days)

Hi guys I am short of 18 days for my ILR so submitting an FLR(FP) application first and then varying it to Premium ILR later.

1. Can someone please suggest the list of documents that should be submitted with an FLR(FP) application?

2. Do I send all my original documents to them? or can I just send the most recent original passport and keep everything else with me for the ILR application?

3. Is a character certificate from people I know good to add?

Thanks for all your help!

Hi again Zidane/PSW2009/Singh21
I'm in desperate help regarding my application that is very similar to your guys..
I submitted my FLR(fp) few days ago, reviewed my biometric letter 3 days ago and I'll be eligible for my ILR on 10th December. I have until 18th Dec to do my FLR. I want to go in person for my ILR.

Question 1. Can I book for a premium day service now or do I need to wait until 10th Dec, then vary my application to ILR and then request premium upgrade?
What did you do?

Question 2. Should I take my FLR BRP now or can I ignore this one and just take it for my ILR application?

Really hope someone can get able to get back to me soon.

Thanks
Fahad

hi Singh21, psw2009

I have a similar case like singh1, I will complete 10yrs by 09/10/17, I want to vary my undecided FLR(FP) to SET(IL) by 10/04/2017 using premium service, but the problem is I got a dependant in the flr(fp) who will not complete 10yrs until 2021.

since the ILR does include dependant, will it be possible to separate me form FLR(FP) by varying and then deal with my SET(IL) and what will happen to my dependant (wife)?

please any advise on how to go about this?

thanks

Hi All

Can you please confirm if FLR can be varied to ILR in person as of today as well.

All cases in this thread are from 2016.

The reason I ask is that it says on gov.uk website that you can’t use premium service if you have a visa application decision pending.

Thanks for your help in advance
