Hi

I have applied my spouse visa extension uk. I got 2 years full payslips. After I left my previous employment I have started my own limited company in uk, and I have been continues my pay slips. After I have submitted my all the documents they refused due to ct600 haven't submitted. But here problem is I have started my limited company on only 9 months before.
Now I got refused and got appeal rights. What should I do now because my visa going to be expair in 3 days. Whether I can appeal until I will get my first year CT600. Could any one please help me urgent

That's kinda the problem... you won't qualify for an extension without at least one full year of self-employment under Category F.

Does your spouse work and earn above £18600? Do you have any children together?

My wife is not working full time. We don't have children.
Now can I appeal the case until I will get my one year account submission (Dec 2016).
