please help me out, i am confuse:

If you are an EEA national and you want to live in the UK for more than three months, you must be a 'qualified person'. A qualified person means an EEA national who is in the UK as:
a jobseeker
a worker
a self-employed person
a self-sufficient person (someone who can support themselves financially), or
a student.

EEA family permit for 6months, can stay for 6months. or only stay 3 month with EEA national.
can she apply for EEA2 when iam (EEA NATIONAL) jobseeker.

how can i as jobseeker qulifeid, how can i do it ???

1. Are you an EEA national?. If you are an EEA National, you no need to obtain any visa before entry to UK

2. If you are an Non-EEA National dependant family member of an EEA national, then you need to obtain visa (EEA family permit) before entry to UK. This is normally an entry clearance based on EU law. If you prefer to stay with your EEA national who are qualified as a worker or self sufficient or self employed, then you may apply resident card.

You can stay (and your spouse) as long as you are no unreasonable burden, which usually means as long as you do not receive benefits. Obviously you need some money to live, so if you have that, you could also qualify as self sufficient. You do not have to leave just because the EEA family permit runs out.

You can apply using forms EEA1 and EEA2 even if you are seeking employment, but it is more difficult. The problem is that you need to proof that you are actively looking for a job, and that you have a reasonable chance of finding one. So you need to present invitations to interviews and your qualifications. Also you need to find a job within a reasonable time (somewhere between 3 months to 1 year) - otherwise it is assumed that you have no chance of finding a job.

thanx for your replay. i am EEA national my wife is non EEA national. we are planing to move to the UK. she get EEA family permit for 6 months. we are moving in london and jobseeking. we are not burden on public founds, we are self sufficient so long i find the job.

2-is that problem when she applying for resident card.
