Help with entrepreneur visa extension

Post by sonirulz » Tue Sep 06, 2016 8:48 pm

Dear Gurus,

I am applying for an extension in few months time and is preparing documents. Initially, I made 50,000 investment from my personal account to my business account via cheque.

Natwest has made some mistake and the reference in my personal bank statement and business bank statement is different. The amount is obviously same. I am now quite worried how to show link between the 2 bank statement?

I would appreciate help and advice.

Regards,
Soni

Other than reference business bank statement should you your name as well.
Not full name but first letter if first name.surname then long transaction number.

Read the guide !!

1) Company accounts showing investment under your name
2) Business bank accounts showing that money is traceable back to you
3) DL agreement

Hi

It's very critical to have your name appeared against each investment transaction in your business statement, as you transfer through cheque your name did not appear hence you need to establish that the money came from your personal account.

Solution:
Submitted both Business & Personal bank statement with same transaction amount appears on both statement , you need to explain this in your cover letter and more importantly ask you business bank manager to send you the credit receipt summary for investment transactions only ( this is a letter confirming the account details from which you receive funds i.e this will have your personal account details)

You need to request this letter specifically from your business banking team as this is not the normal letter they do but they can do on request if you persist and explain why you need this .

Because you transfer money via cheque so your name doesn't show in ur business bank statement.

First thing , obtain copies of all cheques from ur Business Bank Manager. it is easy and Bank Manager will provide u the copies of all ur deposited cheque.

Write covering letter to HO attach all copies of cheque including Bank statement both (per & business) with DL agreement.

Extension Investment Query

Post by sonirulz » Fri Sep 09, 2016 5:44 pm

Dear Gurus,

I have always been helped in this forum. I have a query regarding my investment made during my initial 3 years entrepreneur visa stay.

I have made 50k investment in 4 installments from my personal account to my business account. My visa was granted in Dec 2013 and my investment dates are as following:
1. Oct 2014
2. Nov 2014
3. April 2015
4. Mar 2016

My extension date is nov 2016. Will I be able to claim points for 50k investment which I made in last 3 years with all the above dates?

Your expert guidance and help is much appreciated

Thanks
Soni
