5 days to return BRC - cant find it!!

We had our citizenship ceremony yesterday and came home looking for my husbands BRC to return and we cant find it anywhere.

We have five days to return it otherwise a £1000 fine, we have looked everywhere, he says he vaguely recalls 'putting it in an envelope ready to post but didn't have the address' so it could have been thrown away if we didn't realise the envelope had something important in it - what he was thinking I just don't know!!!

Does anyone have an advice on what we can do or a phone number perhaps?
