MN1 - Not received Certificate of Registration yet

Hi,

I applied for naturalisatiin (registration) for my 4 year old son in June using the NCS Joint naturalisation and passport service. I received his British passport yesterday but I have not received the Certificate of Registration yet. Is there an email address I can use for enquiries. Has anyone been in the same situation? Thanks a lot

Did you also apply for citizenship or was it only for your child?

Certificate is processed by a HO. Passport is process by HMPO. Two different departments.

Certificate probably on its way in the post by second class mail.

Yes, I applied as well. However I was told I should have received his certificate first and then the passport a week later. I am worried if in case the certificate was somehow lost in the post.

If you applied together, then it is possible that you will get the child's certificate at your ceremony.

It is two different departments, so unlikely they were posted at same time.
