Is it possible to move back to UK, after leaving UK from separation, if spouses consider to be reunited?

Did your spouse notify HO, as they are obligated to do, that the marriage is no longer subsisting?

How long have you been out of the UK?

Do you still have a valid spouse visa?

Maybe, if you can get a new visa.

Old one should/would have been curtailed when you notified HO of the end of relationship.

My wife did notify HO, as the visa was curtailed. I've currently been out of the UK for a few months.

You will have to start the process again for a spouse visa. Expect the ECO to go through the entire application with a fine tooth comb as they will have the record of the curtailment and relationship break down.

You haven't said how long you held a spouse visa, but for the new application your spouse will have to show they are earning £18.600 a year and in addition to the visa fee of £1,195, you will have to pay the £600 NHS surcharge.

I held the spouse visa for a little a over 27 of the 30
months, upon curtailment. My wife is a carer of her disabled son, which makes us exempt from the financial requirement.

In which case you will have to repeat the process that you followed in your original application, meeting the adequate maintenance rule.

The NHS surcharge of £600 will have to be paid in addition to the visa fee.
