EC - Unable to produce ITR (Saral) for 2nd year

Hi all,
I'm applying for EC and got to know that last 3 year's ITR (saral) need to be submitted.

I have been filing tax returns from past three years, but unfortunately have lost the ITR - SARAL form for second year. I do have the form 16 issued for this period.
Pls let me know if I can proceed to EC indicating that ITR has been misplaced

OR

If anybody has faced the same , pls suggest me the procedure to get the saral form from IT department.
