Not if she is banned from applying for 10 years.
You will have to meet up in another country where parents are not banned.

What was wrong with the bank statements? A 10 year ban is usually imposed if forged or false documents are used.

Hi

When my parents applied uk visa in 2010 , visa agent was going all paper with , he advised to put some more bank papers. There could be something wrong. Can I contact myself UKBA to remove ban?
Will they do anything?
Thanks

There could be something wrong
Obviously there is something 'wrong' with the paperwork if visa was refused and ban imposed. UKVI/HO usually verifies the authenticity of bank paperwork if they suspect something doesn't look right.

If the 'agent' used 'non true' papers or 'altered' the documents, then the ban will stand. It is the applicants responsibility to make sure their paperwork is correct and true, the applicant signs the declaration on the form.

YOU cannot do anything. You parents will have to do it and they will have to prove with documentary evidence that they 'did nothing wrong'. They should have done it sooner than 6 years after the refusal.

Hi CR001
Many thanks for reply. I know my parents should do something earlier. Yeah agent suggested, if u put some more bank papers. U will get visa easily, my parents big mistake. Even me and wife are settled here in uk and has British passports, still can't we do anything?
We really needed my mum in few months in uk . That's way I wanted to solve it .
Is any way , I can assure my mum will return back to India after here visiting us in U.K.?
Thanks

The UK does not support chain migration.

Tell them not to submit false documents with their visa application once the ban is over. You could always meet them in France, you can get a train there from London for £40.

Visit visas are not intended for unpaid childminding purposes or anything like that.

At the moment UKVI is unable to trust at face value any application from parents - because parents are ultimately responsible for themselves.

They were scammed, why do people even use these 'advisors'?!

Unfortunately for you, visit visa applicants are way down the immigration food chain.
You will have to meet up somewhere else for some time:
