Documents required for my wife's extension.

Hi Folks,

Hope you all doing well. I have queries around applying for extension for my wife who is dependent on me. She is in the UK with me and about to complete 3 years soon so need to apply for extension. I am a naturalised British Citizen at the minute through 5 years route and when my wife came to the UK, I was on Tier 1 (General). Now, I have a limited company and work as a contractor and would like to know following.

1. What application do I need to use for her extension?
2. What documents do I need to supply with the application form?

1. If she is a Tier 1 General Dependent, she can continue to extend her current visa till she qualifies for ILR. For interest, when did she apply for her initial Tier 1 G dep visa and enter the UK?

2. Read the Tier 1 G dependent form and guidance notes.

She applied her initial Tier 1 G dep visa in May 2013 from India and entered the UK in August 2013.

I am a bit concern now becaue I work for my own limited company and my friends have told now more docuemnts are required. I know if I was a permanent employee, it would have been easier for me.
