Naturalisation English requirement (ILR post oct 2013)

Hi all,

I got my ILR on 13aug2015, for my English requirement at time of ILR i had submitted my Indian degree and a print out from Point based website which showed my degee was worth 10 points.
I am now applying for naturalisation and was planning to use the following condition as my english requirement
"I met the knowledge of language and life requirement to qualify for settlement on or after 28th October 2013; "

Am I correct in understanding that in my case i don't need to give any additional english tests, since my degree was accepted as english requirement and i was granted ILR post October 2013?
Also I wanted to confirm if I need to contact UK NARIC to certify the same ?

Yes, you are correct. However, HO can ask you to provide evidence if they wish to see it.
