uk deport afterapply spouse visa in ireland

im deport from uk and my wife is irish citizen she was came my country do marriage in iran my wife do job in ireland last 10 years .can i do apply apouse visa secobd uk immgration can affected on my case i wiil wait response

thx ur reply . i want to ask some things .i dont have criminal record in uk i deport in uk bcz asylum rafused . i have elignal all requirments . my wife is irish citizen she have doing job in ireland 10 years .
can i apply irish spouse visa d type ?

Yes you can apply, whether you succeed depends on INIS.

im deporyed from uk last year bcz asylum rafused .i dont have criminal recored in uk . my girl friend is irish citizen .she came to my country in iran we have done marriage and now i apply irish spouse visa ?
