Annual accounts-Original or copy

Dear Gurus,

I wonder about the annual accounts to be sent to HO.
Is it the original one or the copy that we can download it from companies house website?

Please advise

Company accounts are digital. Original is kinda meaningless for a digital document. Send the one your accountant provided

Dear Zimba,
Many thanks for your answer,
My accounts uploaded by Companies House as a scanned copy, not digital, they have put a stamp on it and it is on their website now.
the accountant send the original to C.H.
Is it ok if I download it and submit it.

There is NO ORIGINAL. Print and submit the one your accountant gave you :?

CH is abbreviated accounts and not full set of accounts.You need to send the full set of accounts filed to HMRC that includes P&L accounts too.

I sent the full annual accounts to CH by post. It is on my filing history now. I did not send anything to HMRC, just CT600.
