HSMP rejection query

Post by Renee » Sun Jan 16, 2005 10:12 pm

Hi all

Does anyone know how long you have to leave the country if your HSMP application is rejected? Is it 28 days and if so are you allowed to continue your current job during this period?

I have applied for HSMP, but my current visa is expiring very soon and I just want to be aware of my options.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Please review posts by 'drewchad'. You would be better off applying for FLR-IED now before you current leave to remain expires

Okay. I think you're right. I will do.

Does that mean that while my FLR (IED) is being processed I can continue to work on my current visa?

I know I have left this to the last minute and deserve all this stress, but your help is appreciated.

Thanks
