ILR LR

Post by SHasan » Tue Jun 07, 2016 4:49 pm

I have few questions about ILR (LR).

Q. Can I send my ILR application, before 28 days of my 10 years completion?

Q. My current visa(BRP) is valid for 2 years, but I will apply for ILR after 5 months, so do I have to post my Valid BRP with all documents to Home office?

Please reply,

Thank you,

1. No, you cannot send it too early as it could result in a refusal. If you apply by post, you must send it WITHIN 28 days of reaching 10 years LR. Or apply in person within the 28 day period before reaching 10 years LR.

2. If you apply by post, you have to send your BRP and passports.

Please help me about one issue.

I have only one CCJ (for £10800 personal loan) active until 2022.
And, I am going to submit application for ILR next month on Long Residence basis.

CCJ issued from Chelmsford court, after I contacted them. They told me, my case is forwarded to xxxxxxxxxxxx solicitors. I contacted xxx to sort out my case.

After that, I agreed to pay £100 every month toxxxxx. Also xxx Solicitors sent me a letter as a proof that I agreed to pay back £100 every month by Direct Debit. On the Top of the Letter it says "WITHOUT PREJUDICE". Until, I pay all that £11000, CCJ will be active on my credit file until 2022.

I am submitting "WITHOUT PREJUDICE" letter(from xxx Solicitors) with ILR application.
As, proof of repayment £100 every month by Direct Debit.

So, Is this ok to submit or Is still a problem ????

Please anyone help me.

Hasan.
