Hi,
I apologies in advance if this is wrong forum to ask. My uncle is french national and he has 2 disable childeren. 1 aged 24 and other is 20 years. Both are on benifits. My uncle would like to apply for the PR card for his 2 disabled benefit seeker childeren so the quesion is that are we allowed to apply for the PR card with those benifits or one has to work or be student?

Uncle may sponsor dependents. If over 21, proof of financial dependency required.
