Extension visa refused 2nd time

Hello,

I am looking for honest suggestion pls,

my first application refused due to no of employee hours, then i applied for 2nd application which refused due to shortage of maintenance funds submitted bank statements.

funds was available in other bank ( included me and my wife) Solicitor did not submitted with my application.


what should i do now?Can i Win case in Judicial review or upper tribunal?

So you failed to provide the required documents and you are surprised that your application was refused ??
You have no appeal rights and JR would be fruitless given that you did not provide the required documents.

i had provided 5 bank statements to my solicitor but he said these two are enough only one day balance doped £96 .

i applied for Admin Review Solicitor sent now another statements .pls suggest me Home office will accept these statements in evidence flexibility ?
