UTR-CT41G AND CT600

Hi guys plz help me on my 2 queries

1 i just find out i don't have UTR-CT41G documents, it is misplaced somewhere, could u plz tell me how important this document is. if it is v imp where can i get it from again?

2 2ndly CT600, As per my understanding CT600 IS when we submit the account we print it online. if this the one i have 2 ct600 the last one 2016 and 17 that was printed in sep and the 1st one 2013 and 14 that was printed in sep 2014 but missing 2014 and 2015 that was supposed to print in sep 2015

You can call HMRC and can request another copy if first one is lost, also CT600 is only available once you will submit the annual accounts.

A print of recent CT600 is enough

thank zimba u mean recent 1 only the last year one, 2ndly plz tell me CT41G n UTR are 2 separate document or the same document. if i don't have shall i get it from HMRC or don't need for visa extension

That is enough. UTR can only be found on the CT600
