continued to work & on payroll after 1st refusal

Post by jjs456 » Fri Oct 14, 2016 7:00 pm

I would like to know from the experienced persons. I was refused T1E ext and reapplied and had interview, waiting for reply. I did one mistake that I continued my name on payroll. Will this can have adverse effect in application decision? and if everything else is submitted correctly second time. Thank you.

If you have applied for fresh application with in time scale then you are covered by 3C.

It is good idea to stop paying yourself salary if you applied an out-of-time application. However I believe it will not affect you

Thank you awan905. If reapplied in 6 days after I got AR refusal, will it be in time scale?

You are in time scale. However did you apply for 1st application before visa expiry? if yes then you dont have to worry.

Hi, I got it in 2 to 3 days.
Thanks and what was your refusal reason?
1. initial amount to buy business given direct to solicitor rest in business account(in Nov 2012 - there was no rules like 245D & 245D(c)(ii) ), argued about in AR
2. My mistake- did not give FPS - as accountant and myself unsure what to submit for RTI FPS, submitted everything but FPS.
Reapplied with available fund in personal account, more than given direct to solicitor, new accountant's letter, confirmed by him that investment was per rule at that time and now submitted all FPS.
Involved MP as still no reply, MP got letter from HO - says it is with case worker and it is complex case!!
Hope to get positive reply early
