Post by aja » Fri Oct 14, 2016 4:43 pm

Hello ,

Would like to know from :
https://www.gov.uk/government/news/migr ... -of-tier-2

If in country switch ( Tier 2 General , Change of Employer) is done after April 2017, will the employer have to Pay : Immigration Skills charge for the duration of visa ?

Unfortunately yes, it appears so
Any suggestions I make in the forum are out my personal experience and should not be taken as a legal/professional advise.
