Visa for Child (born in India) for ILR and Tier-2 Partner

Post by Rambo_ILR » Tue Oct 18, 2016 4:04 pm

Dear members,

I’m in the same situation as above,

Father on ILR through Tier 2 (G)
Mother currently on Tier 2 (G) dependant visa still valid until November 2017 (left UK for baby delivery)
Baby born in May 2016 outside UK (Planning to apply under Tier 2 (G) Dependant same in-line to mother)

I am confused regarding the main applicant details:-

What should I enter for who is the main applicant? should I provide father’s information or mother’s

Because currently we are applying under mother’s Tier 2 Dependant category

HI CR001

Sorry I didn’t put my question in the right way! Yes, Child is the main applicant

But under who’s dependant section – should it be father’s or mother’s detail
