Hi I'm on ilr visa.. my wife is India.. she is first time coming to uk.. so could you please tell me what visa should I apply for her

Spouse Settlement - join family in the UK.

Visa fee £1195 + £600 NHS surcharge.

Thanks for the reply.. please clear my doubt.. I met one solicitor in London he said , it's spouse entry clearance visa ?? Please let me know

I would put a bet on India being in the top 3 countries for number of UK spouse settlement visa applications :?

If you do a search on "India" in this forum you're likely to find loads of people discussing your situation. Read lots of recent posts and I guarantee you will learn a lot! Also use the links you were given above and read all the information. You'll need to know it all anyway for doing the application! Good luck.

Hi I have one more clarification.. I filed my tax returns in January 2016. Now I'm applying my wife's visa from India for spouse settlement visa.. do I need to submit latest tax returns to home office..or last years tax returns letter is enough to submit for visa application .. please let me know
