RLMT Exception

Hi I am a Tier 1 Entrepreneur(50k route from Tier 1 PSW),

The guidance says
You do not have to carry out a resident labour market test if a migrant you want to sponsor is applying for Tier 2 (General) leave in the UK and has, or was last granted leave to enter, or to stay in the UK under one of the following:
Tier 1 (Post-study work)
 Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur)
 the International Graduates Scheme
 the Fresh Talent Working in Scotland Scheme
 the Science and Engineering Graduates Scheme

As I am not a Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur, will I be eligible for RLMT? What are my options then?

Yes RMLT is must for you to switch to Tier 2 General.

Your sponsor will then need to complete RLMT.

I said must as the candidate was on T1 Ent visa. And to switch from T1 Ent Visa to Tier 2 General visa RLMT is must
