Share Capital Vs Director Loan

Dear All,

I am due for Tier 1 Entrepreneur 50k(Team) extension in 2 weeks time and a bit confused with few questions.

In the Application a table ask to write the details of INVESTMENT with date.

We made Director Loan agreement in November 2013 of 55k and and end up to almost 70K as of now.
But in 2015-16 we bought shares of 50k(25k each team member) and remaining amount stays in Director Loan Account

I am confused how to put this information in correct manner.

Please advice!!

We are making application on the basis of Share Capital in our Ltd Company.But confused on that question.

Money injected by directors in a business is simply Directors loan. I find it bizarre that you buy shares from your own company as a form of investment initially unless your company is a activity involved in raising investment or selling shares to others but here we go.... Just put the 50K investment you made initially and claim it as investment in return for shares. What you write in that table is not that important your evidence is. So focus on getting those right

I have a query(Tier 1 Ent 50K Extension) regarding Copies of P45 and P60 of Employee docs towards job creation section.

1)Please advice if its mandatory to sign these papers by directors or optional.If there is no space then where can we sign.

2) CT600 submission form of first 2 years have space for signing buy not on the latest i.e. 2015-2016.Please advice on this too.

You can sign if you like. P60 is not an acceptable form of evidence

Just sign the corner of the document as correct
