This will assist. In my experience i believe an adverse decision ought to be challenged.
But at FTT judge made decision I used proxy but I didn't and also my Barister just put in submission he didn't let me say a single word about this and even judge didn't ask me about toeic and even about my family life .me and wife were present there.

What you are telling me does not make sense. I dont understand how a competent barrister could act in the way you have alleged.

I work in this field and if what you alleged is correct, this barrister can get in trouble if a complaint is lodged.

Brother me and my wife are witnesses and plus I have text messages which I was sending to my solicitor my Barister got my documents one hour before and he said I was reading on traffic signals and then when we were sitting in the court with the hand signals he was telling me dnt say anything I was about to add something but he didn't let me to do so. And bro we already lodged complaint against them through SLRA but result in vain. I haven't got any reply from them . Do you think so I am going to keep quiet about this matter the way he handled. I used this complaint when I sent my documents to UTT as supporting document that my Barister gudided us badly.

Asylum? Have you read through the whole thread? The OP has been freely visiting his family in his home country. Bad advice which should be ignored. :!:

You do not complain about barrister to the SLRA.

The disciplinary body is the one below:

Probably due to the fact that members don't have the privilege of the PM facility until they have contributed 30 posts on the forum. I would have thought however, that you should have access to any PMs sent by a Moderator.

Just to make sure I've understood:

1. Your leave as a spouse was cancelled at the airport because of a previous TOEIC application;

2. Your appeal against that decision was dismissed by the First Tier Tribunal - why? Did they decide that you had cheated on the test as a fact?

3. Your appeal was not allowed by the Upper Tribunal, did they hear it and dismiss it, or dismiss it on the papers?

I am wondering if they have cancelled your visa at the airport, you got given 7 days to appeal inside the uk. according to which you are not allowed to Launch anything else but Admin Review.
So all seems little similar to me, just he fact that they haven't allowed your appeal even on Human right bases.
