Tier 2 (general) - documents needed and premium service

Hi all,

I may arrange priority post/ premium appointment for applying for Tier 2 (general) visa (for new employers). Wondering what the complete list of documents is required. According to the gov.uk website:

They do not specify employment contract or offer letter, but in quite a number of threads about what docs to submit, some people mentioned employment contract or offer letter as well, so keen to know if this is mandatory too? (my prospective employer didn't give me any instruction on this unfortunately)

Also is there any interview or question on the details of the information provided in the application form or CoS during the premium appointment process?

Contract is not needed.
When you fill out the form online, it will generate a list of docs that u need to send, follow the checklist.

Dear Friends,

I'm going to receive my COS in a fews days and I think i'm totally prepared in the documentation to apply for the Visa Tier 2 General.

But I'm not comfortable with one point, the one below:

You’ll need to provide a certified translation of any documents that aren’t in English or Welsh.

What are the documents I have to provide a Certified Translation? I have no idea.

ANY documents not in English, e.g. Bank statement, Degree Certificate

If married, marriage certificate and translation.
Children birth certificate and translation.
