I have received partial IHS refund last week on saturday and spoke to solicitor, they didn't receive anything from HO, called VKVI still pending. So again waiting game

Guys,

I guess we need to wait till 3rd week of this month to get next batch of application results , for the last few months its almost from week 3 people got replies for their applications. Hoping for a reply at least this month. Its all getting frustrated, depressed and all kind of weird things in mind waiting for the reply. Good luck guys.

I got partly of refund today and yesterday I phoned them and get answers they posted it as recorded 2nd class , then told me the tracing number.

I checked tracing number on line and found it was posted at 9:30, so I had to go back to my home just got the card left. I can collect tomorrow, finger crossed, best wish for all of us.

Have you applied through solicitor of by your self ?
Normally docs and BRP deliver to solicitor because in the form they put their details in correspondence space.

I had my partial refund 10 days before and no update so far

I applied through my solicitor but HO posted to me.my interview letter also posted to me.If I knew I can received today I should have stayed at home whole day.

Long time no news at my side. Its like now over the limit.
Still waiting for outcome.
Below my timeline.
Thought just to give update because long time i didnt post anything so you guys should know
whats going on.

I have a question please guys give me some good suggestion.
My son is born in 5th march and when i was waiting for his passport.I thought once i will get my extension i will get his on the counter with fast track.But now he is 7 months old. i also got his passport of my country.Now what should i do shall i wait for my extension or shall i also send his as well in the post.

Finally after hell alot of wait received my interview letter .


Applied: 16th may 2016
bio matric letter received: 26th may (dated 24th may 20116)
Bio matric done: 27th may 2016
Interview letter: Received today 5th august .Dated 3rd of august.
Interview Date Mention on Letter : 18th of August


Anyone got any answer after interview????

Hi Mdm,

You can wait till ur visa is approved. You can apply for ur child's visa once urs is approved only if he is born in UK.

Thanks for your response. He born in uk.
This is what i want to know. What is the reason that i shall wait
For my visa and then apply only after once i receive mine.
My solicitor also advise me the same.
I want to know the logic of this.
Also please guide that what should i do only wait or
Send anything to them like my supplier,s letter stating that
They wants me to come and join them to do more
Business. My supplier based in europe dubai and hongkong "?
It it will help or put negative impact on my application?
