i need to take advice regarding my Entrepreneur VISA EXTENSION due on April 2017 ,

i cam to UK in 11 september 2007 for study visa and i think my 10 years complet in August 2017 ,

my wife and 1 daughter came to UK 28 june 2011 as my dependent VISA BUT NOW MASHA ALLAH i have 5 KIDS ,

4 kids Born here in uk all have dependent VISA 1 one whose just Born 5 month ago


would u please give me advice how can i avoid 7 application for ENTREPRENEUR EXtension ,

CAN i applied only 3 application of me ,my wife and 1 daughter came from pakistan and 4 kids who's born here not applied for extension to save my a lots of money ?

OR

any others way to keep my away to spend a hall of money of application

Yes. Your UK born children will be able to register as BC once you are granted ILR. They will not however be able to travel if they do not have visas.

In a related question. If you have UK born kids and applying for ILR, why ever add them to the application? Wait for your ILR and they then get BC? save a lot of money on ILR application for the kids?

Does this mean that even if those UK born kids have dependent visa(say for travel purposes)if the dad does not apply for their extension or ILR,they would not be overstayer and will be able to apply BC(once dads ILR granted)
As ther are UK born so initial dependent visa or expiry of dependent visa does not matter?

Correct yes, they have an entitlement to register as BC once EITHER parent is granted ILR due to being born in the UK
