Apeal case on flr(fp)

Hi every one i just joined this forum now i need some advise and help. I came in uk on study visa in 2013 that time my husband was on domestic visa we were married in pakistan then we have a baby here . In 2015 my husband applied for ILR that time my visa was getting expire so i put flr ( fp ) in the middle of my case my son got british passport and my husabnd got Ilr and then we send the both copies to HO. They asked for more documents on my son but my lawyer said they did not recive nay letter an d they write to HO but they refuse my case and now i am on apeal my hearing date is in march . What did you suggest about this. Now my husband have british passport as well. What do i need to do?
And also my husband want to apply for tax credit does it effect on my case or not?
