how many applications one can make for tier1 ent ext

hi there
i have two questions if someone can help please.
1. I applied for tier1 ext but could not sent the passport copy of one of my employees as i lost the one employee provided me and now employee is not in my contracts. will my application be refused on this ?

2. how many application one can make? i mean if i got refused, can i make fresh application?

Yes, you must prove that your employee had a settled status to score job creation points. I've heard that usually they ask you again to submit the employee documents to them if they believe that your employee was a settled person. I suggest to do whatever it takes to find that person and get their passport copy

2. how many application one can make? i mean if i got refused, can i make fresh application?

If your initial visa expires during your 1st attempt, you usually have time to apply once more. Any further applications will be automatically refused as you will be an overstayer for more than 28 days (soon to be changed to 14 days)

No, ALL your applications for further leave to remain will be refused as I explained. You will have to apply from outside.
