Urgent - Appointment on 25/11 and absences

Dear Moderates and Senior Members.

I would be really grateful if some one could help me on below:

I have got Nationality check appointment on 25 November and I was in the process of getting forms and supporting documents ready but I noted something which has made me panic

Back ground information

Tier1 General visa for 5 years starting from 11/03/2010 but first entry in UK was 05/10/2010

Indefinite leave to remain received on 11/11/2015

Absence from UK
24/11/2011(date of departure) to 30/12/2011 - Holidays and getting married (India)
07/12/2013 to 30/12/2013 - Holidays and birth of first child (India)
06/12/2015 to 30/12/2015 - Holidays and birth of second child (India)

I noted on one of the post that applicant should be physically present in UK on the day , 5 years prior to the day of application for Naturalisation and British Citizenship.

I believe in my case as the relevant date will be 24 or 25/11/2011.

Should I cancel the appointment and wait until 01/01/2017.

I would highly appreciate if someone could through some light on this.

As the date is not discretionary I would re-schedule the appointment til January 2017 or possibly to earlier than 25th Nov, but appointments tend to be limited..

You can either prepone your appointment to 24th Nov or postpone to next year.

Dear All,

Million thanks for your prompt responses.

Just a final check, If I were to prepone the nationality check service appointment date would it the appointment date with them be considered as application date or the date on which HO receives the application be consider as application date. I am able to book and appointment with Islington council on 22/11 but I am assuming by the time it is received by HO it may cross 25/11.

Kindly share your thoughts on above.

It will be the appointment date at NCS that will be considered as application date.
