i am going to apply for T1 50k extension next month.

Question 1= There are so many cash deposit transaction In my business account with some online payment from my clients. Will that be an issue ?

Question 2= what is the best time to make a Director's loan agreement?

Question 3= i transferred £63200 in my business account from my personal Account but take £13000 back because i need that money. but my 3 years accounts show 50,000 as directors loan. is this ok for my extension application?

Question 4= my company is 3 years and 3 months old and i have my 3 years accounts ready. what shall i do with those 3 months.

Before the first transaction, like any other loan agreement !!

Hi Zimba88,

I am in same situation. I'm applying after completing three years of business and submitting three years accounts. Investment was done in first year. However my employees finishing required employment period of one year and six months after third year's accounts. Do I need to submit three months management accounts?

My question is regarding management account but not for investment, because my employees haven't finished required employment period before the completion of three year. One employee finishes a year one month after and third employee finishing six months period, two month after the third year end. So just wondering whether I need to show the staff salary in RTI existing in the accounts or not?

No more FPS topics please.... this has been discussed so many times on the forums.
There is NO specific software or format requirement. FPS reports need to show ALL the information as CLEARLY given in the guide.

2- Bank stamped my Business statement but there is no date on that stamp. is this OK?

any information about stamped business bank statements without date?

Hello,

i got my online business bank statements stamped by the bank but there is no date on it. Bank name and address is clear but phone number and date in not available. bank said they have only 1 stamp in the branch and that stamp is not in a condition to print phone number and date of the stamp on the statement.

will this be OK without date and phone number?
