I've been in the UK for the last 4 and a bit years on a Tier-2 (General) visa with my wife and 2 children. I'm now coming up to my 5 years early in 2017 and will be applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain.
My daughter is 19 years old and has completed here GCSE and A levels in the UK. She is now studying Biomedical at Queen Mary's. My question is would she still be required to pass an English language test in order to apply for ILR given the fact that she has done her GCSE and A levels here in the UK?
