document guidance for HSMP applicant

Hi,

I am working in India and I would like to apply HSMP. My brother-in-law is working in UK.

Will any of his document helpful in processing the HSMP application. If that is the case, what documents will be helpful.

For gaining 75 ponts your brother in law won't be of any help, but for Entry clearance he could give you a sponsorship letter.

Hi Vasuwati,
As hertz said, your brother in law can help only in Entry Clearance application to support your maintenance and accomodation.

But in Initial HSMP application it wont make any difference you need to get 75 points and proove english language requirement by yourself
