Spouse Visa got refused 2 times, please help us

Hi All

Please can you all help us.. Im a British Citizen and my husband is currently in India. Our Spouse visa got refused twice
1st Refusal before we didnt meet financial requirements- as P60 was for 5 months only, but we didn't clarify this. In order to meet this, we got a letter from the Accountant confirming this, and all other documents
2nd Refusal: "That only a point of contact on the employment letter is a mobile number, which makes it unverifiable "(This is incorrect as Address was also present + Company registration number)

"I also note from company house records of the last tax year fillings that the company held funds of £0 in their bank account and that the company has negative assets of £XXXXX because of debts to creditors. Therefore it is not credible that a company with these sort of finances would be able to increase your sponsors salary as claimed ( Nothing like that we have mentioned that the salary will be increased). I am therefor not satisfied that the income level are as claimed and that the income has not just inflated to assist in this application"#

Please can you help us with a solution- shall we appeal or shall we apply again with what other documents?

Sounds like the company is trading insolvently if you are drawing from it and it has no money. What about the CT due?

I mean can u advice what we can do now ?

Either find a new job then apply- but after how long shall we apply if got a new job
Or Appeal- what documents can we submit ?

6 months as you need 6 months payslips and 6 months bank statements.

Which previous job?? Your last employment is 'questionable' due to the company not actually having or making money

Not tactics. The OP failed to meet the relevant requirement of the immigration rules and this resulted in a refusal. Simples.

A british Citizen made the mistake of marrying some one non EEA. Now the HO are giving them grief over rules that are inhumane in the first place.
The "relevant requirement" was created to frustrate people like the OP.
