Iam planning to apply for Initial HSMP application and i would request you to clarrify below queries.
1.My name in Degree certificate shows as Monish BA.But in passport and all employer certificates and letter as my name as Bangalore Arun Monish.I mean my initials are expanded in passport and other documents.
Do i need to get a letter from notory for this before applying to HSMP or any body as similar name issue and able to get HSMP without Notry letter.
2.As i do not have Tax Return, iam plannning to provide Bank Statement for last 12 months. But my bank is not ready to sign and seal printout. HSMP will accept the Bank statement printout or Bank Sign and Seal is necessery
3.From last 2 years i am working in Switzerland on Work permit and i belongs to India. What should i enter in application for Country of current legal Residence--- is it India or Switzerland
4.In the application they are asking for FAX No, i do not have any FAx no and i do not want to give my office fAx no. Shall leave this field blank.
5.Let me know what should i mention for
a.Pl insert the relevent country code from the guidance note - since iam working in Switzerland from past 2 years even though i belongs to india, i have to mention as CH which is switzerland or in HSMP guidance notes Switzerland comes under code A, what should i mention.
b.Pl insert the relevent income band from guidance note-- still iam working in switzerland and comes under 40000+ Pound catagory, shall i menton as 40000+ £
6. In Previous Earnings , section, requesting for previous employer contact details like name , phone no etc, but i do not have any space marked for this. pl let me know where can i mention and also is it necessery to menton as i do not think my employer will answer correctly to hsmp team as they are loosing good resources.
7.Letter from institution that degree taught in English -- is this letter to taken from College or university
8.finally i heard UK governement has passed bill to increase the hsmp fee from 400£ to 600£, is this is effected from immidiately or do we have time
I know my queries are very big, but still i do not want to take chance and request to your help.
