Tier 2 ICT issued after 2011 (Issued in Dec 2011)

Post by Satkchennai » Wed Dec 07, 2016 10:10 pm

My friends are advising to still apply for ILR and suggesting to take the risk and to see the results(by quoting someone else in the same category got the ILR) - is this a viable way to take such risk. I would be applying only for myself. Please can you advise

Thank you in advance

:-) UKVI does not function on theory of probabilities!

T2 ICT issued after Apr-2010 will not lead to ILR. Please do not believe on rumours. For your satisfaction, read the policy document yourself.

Read thread below to understand the status of the OP who was refused ILR as his visa was applied on 6th April 2010(ILR rules changed on 6th April 2010). This gives an idea on UKVI's precision with Tier 2 ICT rules. Good luck
