T1 Ent Extension to ILR

Post by shanky » Thu Dec 08, 2016 10:25 pm

Hi Guy

From Psw to T1 Ent -50 k - oct 2012

Now Im on 2 years extension due for my ILR end of next year

Wondering According to :-

"Pre 6 April 2014 transitional arrangement
169. If you successfully applied to enter the route before 6 April 2014, and you are making an extension application or a 5 year settlement application, you may continue to employ:
 one worker for 24 months
 one worker for 6 months and one for 18 months
 4 workers for 6 months each and score points for job creation"

1 . Will my application will be considered for rules before Pre 6 April 2014 transitional arrangement ? Not sure as I got my recent T1 Ent extension on Dec2015.

2. Am I allowed to employee One full time employee for 12 month and Second full time employee for 10 month and third employee Part Time for 9 months ? Total working hours will make more the 1560 hours. Will that get me qualified ?

1. Yes
2. You need 24 months of full time employment or min 3120 hours

Im on my 2 years extension due to apply for ilr

Wondering for 2 extension to ILR application what day they start counting Employee working weeks, the day you send your extension application +12 month 2 employment or the day you received the visa +12 month 2 employments ?

Say for eg if I applied for my visa in July 2015 and got my visa extension in Sep 2015 and i continued to employee 2 staff between July2015 and Sep 2015 . Will the employees 12 months will be considered over in July 2016 or in Sep 2016 ?
