Visitor visa

Hi guys , please I want to get some info .
Me and my wife both r naturalised British and living in Northern Ireland uk. I want to invite my brother from India on visit visa . He is single and he is own buisness in India. He has been here once in 2013 on visit visa and stayed with us 28 days . His visa was rejected but he got visa in appeal that time . I just want to be more careful before apply ,my brother apply his visit visa this time . Coz there is no appeal option now .
Please tell me how my brother can apply visa . So he gets visa easily

No need for all these duplicate posts.

People are doing Christmas shopping, cooking their dinner or watching Strictly.
Maybe when they're free they will feel able to reply.
