Unexpected document asked by caseworker for FLR(M). Urgent .

Post by HasA62 » Tue Dec 13, 2016 12:56 pm

Friends..
As I was posting to get advise for a friend of mine, I was told to post this after the FLR(M) application got some problems.. please help.

She submitted all documents for flr(m) visa 09 12 2016. morning

She relied only HER income (24,392 annual) eventhough sponsor runs a small ltd company in which he is director getting salary too.

She gave all documents requested with the explain of the financial calculation. She ddnt include p60 for the last year 2015-2016 but kept on standby., Waited around 5 hours .

The case worker came out and asked for P60 . She gave it to him. Then asked directly from Husband who was with her , for the PAYE and vat returns. Case worker did not mention anything about the documents submitted. He then said he would keep all documents with him and gave his address to send the following;

'' Document required ;

1. applicant P60 for april 2015-2016

2. SA302's for earnings for the Applicant from work started to 9 December 2016

3. Real time submission report to HMRC from the compay . 06 months PAYE contributions.

I point out here , the 2nd one is asked by the case worker but its irrevalent here. This SA302 must be appropriate to the employer Not her as she is working employee in sponsor's company.

He also requested all employees PAYE.

She already gave him P60 . so what should she do about the SA302.?

She will get the SA302 of her sponsor and send ? or write to caseworker through her accountant its not relevant for her as she is an employee in sponsor's company ?

Husband is the Sponsor and Owner of the company where she is working

Case workers are confusing .

SA 302 and PAYE and VAT returns of all of the Employee in the company. He asked to request to HMRC to get all of these and to send these within 14 days.

Really shocked . why these are requested by him ? dont know..

She has only 14 days.. please ..

Perhaps HO is questioning whether the employment is genuine or their checks have showed an issued with no PAYE paid etc.

Thanks CR001.

Yes that's why case worker needs to know , I think..
So , why he asked the following even though its not applicable to APPLICANT.

'' SA302's for earnings for the Applicant ''

Can I ask her to include a letter explaining that she doesnt have this and send with the SA302 of sponsor ? I mean, She will get the SA302 of sponsor/husband and send to case worker with other PAYE details ?

Their Company accountant can do this.
