Passport Missing (Chennai UK Embassy)

Hi All,

We had applied for UK visitor visa(Chennai embassy, submitted in VFS bangalore) for my parents. After 1 week they have processed the application and sent back all the originals along with Dad'd passport(Visa stamped).

But Mom's passport and original UK rental agreement is missing.

The package itself was intact and properly sealed. There is no chance of getting lost during the transit in the courier.

Anyone has encountered similar situation or any expert advice? What should be next course of action?

Thank you very much for your reply.
Today and tomorrow being holidays, I am not able to contact them. We received the package today (Saturday). I am waiting for Monday and will let you know once I get in touch with them.
